    SCAM ALERT!!!!I initially thought it may have been an transaction error. But having spoken to the clerk on the phone and them suddenly ending the call when challenged confirmed my theory.So, @ roughly hrs on the th of March using pump . I put in £. of diesel into my car.I go to the till and they have a deal in the Fulfil Protein bars ( for £.). So seeing it was such a cool little deal. I decided to take part.So imagine my surprise when I get home to check my credit card, finding that I had been charged £. instead of £..It could of course be an innocent mistake and I'm sure it is. But the clerks reaction would say otherwise.

    Save the hassle by not stopping at this place as the staff do not know what they are doing, also they charge more for the fuel in comparison to Shell Hospital Bridge Road.I visited the place on // @ : pm to fill up my car, I presented my Shell Go+ app as I have discount from my employer, the guy on the till failed to scan it properly, when I pointed out his mistake and asked him to apply discount and rectify it, he simply wouldn't respond.I was running late so left, but it's really disappointing as I was over charged, will send a formal complaint to shell.

    New fancy smart pumps leave your hands covered in diesel,the fast pump and the slow pump options are the same.No hand wet wipes outside the shop to clean up the diesel from your hands.The card payment machine did not work and the attendant asked me to use another card I refused and ask for him to try the other payment machine and my card went through the first time proving that the newer card machine was faulty not my card.All in all the modern systems incorporated in this location fall far short of the traditional equipment other stations use I fill up three to four times a week and will avoid using this station again.

    Accessible only from the southbound A, it's the last fuel station before the M/. It's recently been revamped and has useful secondary screens beside the pump repeating the pump display and advertising offers available from the Select shop. I found the extra display very useful because it's near the front of my van, meaning I don't have to crane round to see the main display. This station is usually very popular because of its location, but it's well staffed and efficient so there's rarely much of a wait.
